Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels using our WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory checks.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
