Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments with precision
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize inventory using barcode scanning and digital systems
- Pick and pack orders for same-day dispatch fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Optimize storage space utilization and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to South Bay facilities
