Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stock incoming shipments efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks)
- Maintain organized inventory systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Stable work history (2+ years preferred)
- Valid state ID for background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Reliable transportation to our West Side facility
