Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move inventory efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to shipping guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
