Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless operational transitions
- Document inventory discrepancies and process corrections
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS systems
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM (Monday-Friday)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
