Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment according to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during shifts.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for specific roles).
