Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform regular quality control checks and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
