Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory logs.
- Package and label products securely for shipment to local and regional clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production goals are met.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience in Jacksonville, FL, or Georgia is a plus but not required.
