Job Overview
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that products are processed and shipped accurately and efficiently during our peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages efficiently during night shifts.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while maintaining a clean workspace.
- Inspect inventory for damages and ensure accurate stock counts and labeling.
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure workplace security.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
