Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, sorting, and staging merchandise.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the packing and preparation of customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures during shifts.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Valid Driver's License (optional but a plus).
