As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our products are shipped efficiently and accurately. We pride ourselves on safety and efficiency, and we are looking for team members who share these values.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld computers to manage shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and layout improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
