Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load/Unload Operations: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers during peak hours.
- Reporting: Document any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and possess a valid ID.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
