Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
- Perform inventory control and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent workplace accidents.
- Assist in the training of new warehouse associates as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
