Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily quality control checks on inventory and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers during the shift.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid Forklift Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
