Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments with high accuracy to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping, adhering to strict quality standards and timelines.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Documentation: Properly complete daily logs and paperwork related to inventory movements and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and safety.
