Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
