Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and prepare items for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory counts.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and willingness to use warehouse management software.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
