Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks accurately and efficiently using material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against packing lists to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and stage outbound orders for daily delivery routes.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse facility.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
