Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed during operations.
- Package and label goods for shipment, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for material handling roles).
