Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product meets industry standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read blueprints or schematics.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available for on-the-job training.
