Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and meets quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and checking stock levels.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred for material handling roles.
