Responsibilities
- Execute the efficient sorting, picking, and packing of merchandise to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate and monitor automated conveyor systems and material handling equipment safely.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on all outgoing orders to maintain high standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the night shift lead to meet daily KPI targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
