Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) during overnight shifts
- Execute inventory management and cycle counting procedures
- Coordinate with overnight team to meet daily shipment targets
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy
- Perform quality control inspections on products
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
