Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail are essential.
