Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify accuracy against packing lists.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Tucson location.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
