Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
