Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately by picking, packing, and labeling products.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during the night shift.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
