Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security and handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
