Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying the quantity of goods received or shipped.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand product labels and work orders.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
