Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed during every shift.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to meet customer deadlines.
- Collaborate with morning shift staff to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
