- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA guidelines
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for next-day delivery with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Conduct routine safety checks and maintain a clean workspace
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for consistent overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
