Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during night shift operations
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Process daily paperwork and maintain accurate digital records
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends if needed
- Valid driver's license with clean record
