Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Legal: Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
