Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse system with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily quality checks on products to ensure they meet our strict standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment to accurately track stock movements.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of customer orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa, FL location.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
