Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with the day shift team.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification (training provided).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
