Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory, scanning, and stocking operations during night shift hours
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately
- Inspect and pack orders to ensure quality standards and timely dispatch
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Document daily activities using warehouse management systems
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to the 2100 Webster St location
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
