Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs
- Complete digital inventory reports using proprietary WMS software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner training
- Availability to work Monday-Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
