Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect and package items for shipment to ensure quality control.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor regarding daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and work instructions.
