Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during night shift hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety standards
- Maintain accurate digital records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Implement 5S methodology for optimal workspace organization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with error-free work history
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math and measurement skills for inventory reconciliation
