Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and accuracy before shipping.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying inventory against manifests.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification if not already certified.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
