Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not strictly required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local delivery duties.
