Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders and prepare items for shipment according to safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
