Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
