Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, verifying contents against shipping manifests.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy physical labor.
- License: Valid driver's license required; forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
