Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately and efficiently to meet daily productivity goals.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in strict adherence to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of shipments for local and national distribution.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking systems.
