Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock levels using our ERP systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day shift supervisors and team members to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- License: Valid driver’s license required. Forklift certification is a plus.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
