Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is preferred.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required for safety instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
