Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and sort packages using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Packaging: Properly package items to ensure they arrive at their destination without damage.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for walk-ins.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus.
