Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to load, unload, and move products.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory shelves and pack them for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects and ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Documents: Must bring a valid ID and social security card for on-site processing.
