Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandise organization to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is handled with care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Process returns and handle customer inquiries regarding order status.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on rotating shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
